GECO is a certified Small Business with a Virginia Class A General Contractor’s License.  We have performed a variety of construction and environmental projects for military, local government and private clients. Our personnel are familiar with private, Commonwealth of Virginia, and federal military mission requirements and possess a full understanding of construction requirements and the broad range of environmental support functions our clients require.​​

Francis has over three decades of experience in environmental engineering, environmental services, contracting, bidding, project management, and oversight of commercial construction projects.
